Melodramatic Beck on SERIOUS Amrican Issues and what really matters!

http://mobile.wnd.com/2013/03/glenn-beck-ive-lost-faith-time-to-surrender/#comment-822013927

If Beck and others were as passionate about Jesus, many people would be saved from everlasting hell. Political rights are negotiable from country to country, and even in America. But to be saved for everlasting life Jesus, the Divine Son of God says: "You MUST be born again." The "gospel" of Glen Beck will do nothing to for you. It is the Gospel of God in the Messiah and faith in HIM that saves. What Beck advocated at the end of this film clip mentions God, but beck is a MORMON, and Mormons do not preach the Word of God, they preach the words of Joseph Smith.

What is stunning is the history of Mormonism whose history is remarkably like the collectivist movements he criticizes in this clip!

Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, even Michael Savage... ALL are fundamentally entertainers. I have heard Limbaugh and Savage admit it on air! They are making a living. (Ronald Reagan at least ran for office.) They are fiddlers fiddling while Rome burns. They are leading the right wing sheeple as much as the left leads the left wing sheeple and the great dialectic rolls on over them all. They ONLY way to break the strangle hold of the devil is by believing and receiving Jesus the Messiah, Lord and Savior of Israel.

While these entertainers make an outrageously luxurious living off your faith in the false god of conservatism, the Truth of the Gospel of God passes in their media as unworthy of mention, and the Name of Jesus, and the gospel too. God gets mention frequently so that you and I can be comforted somehow that we are on the RIGHT (THE POLITICALLY CORRECT) SIDE. There are many on the left who similarly invoke "God" also, and also fail to IDENTIFY Him, for the same reason, to be comforted that they on the LEFT are on the POLITICALLY CORRECT SIDE.

Heaven will not be gained by being on the "right" or "left" side of the political spectrum. Heaven's King is won by faith in Him, and Heaven's King IS Jesus the Messiah!

Thousands if not millions of christians have been slaughtered by tyrants since the times of Christ. The first of them were Jewish! Their political views did not save them from being murdered, and could not have! They were murdered because they had faith in God the Messiah and would not recant faith in the Messiah >>>===> Jesus! The issue of denying ones faith is not something we think about much today. We think instead that because we are politically correct we will lead the nation onward to some conservative or collective utopia. And all the while the Lord moves inexorably onward fulfilling prophecy that NOWHERE mentions the USA!

READ your Bible. Keep your eyes ON ISRAEL. Keep YOUR MIND on the Lord Jesus. Have the faith OF God. When you pass from this life to the next, political correctness will not be what God requires of you. God requires faith in Him, a faith causes YOU to ACTIVELY love what He loves, do as He does and to do so humbly WITH Him. (Beck's faith and practice is via Joseph Smith and that is not the name of Him who saves).

Micah 6:8
The Message (MSG)
8 But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do,
what God is looking for in men and women.
It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor,
be compassionate and loyal in your love,
And don’t take yourself too seriously—
take God seriously.

John 3
1 Now there was a certain man among the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler (a leader, an authority) among the Jews,
2 Who came to Jesus at night and said to Him, Rabbi, we know and are certain that You have come from God [as] a Teacher; for no one can do these signs (these wonderworks, these miracles—and produce the proofs) that You do unless God is with him.

3 Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter his mother’s womb again and be born?

5 Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and [even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God.
6 What is born of [from] the flesh is flesh [of the physical is physical]; and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not [do not be surprised, astonished] at My telling you, You must all be born anew (from above).
8 The wind blows (breathes) where it wills; and though you hear its sound, yet you neither know where it comes from nor where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.

9 Nicodemus answered by asking, How can all this be possible?

10 Jesus replied, Are you the teacher of Israel, and yet do not know nor understand these things? [Are they strange to you?]
11 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, We speak only of what we know [we know absolutely what we are talking about]; we have actually seen what we are testifying to [we were eyewitnesses of it]. And still you do not receive our testimony [you reject and refuse our evidence—that of Myself and of all those who are born of the Spirit].
12 If I have told you of things that happen right here on the earth and yet none of you believes Me, how can you believe (trust Me, adhere to Me, rely on Me) if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And yet no one has ever gone up to heaven, but there is One Who has come down from heaven—the Son of Man [Himself],Who is (dwells, has His home) in heaven.
14 And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert [on a pole], so must [so it is necessary that] the Son of Man be lifted up [on the cross],
15 In order that everyone who believes in Him [who cleaves to Him, trusts Him, and relies on Him] may not perish, but have eternal life and [actually] live forever!

16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.
18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.]
19 The [basis of the] judgment (indictment, the test by which men are judged, the ground for the sentence) lies in this: the Light has come into the world, and people have loved the darkness rather thanand more than the Light, for their works (deeds) were evil.

20 For every wrongdoer hates (loathes, detests) the Light, and will not come out into the Lightbut shrinks from it, lest his works (his deeds, his activities, his conduct) be exposed andreproved.
21 But he who practices truth [who does what is right] comes out into the Light; so that his works may be plainly shown to be what they are—wrought with God [divinely prompted, done with God’s help, in dependence upon Him].

Isaiah 26
1 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; [the Lord] sets up salvation as walls and bulwarks.
2 Open the gates, that the [uncompromisingly] righteous nation which keeps her faith and her troth [with God] may enter in.
3 You will guard him andkeep him in perfect andconstant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, andhopes confidently in You.
4 So trust in the Lord (commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him) forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages].

5 For He has brought down the inhabitants of the height, the lofty city; He lays it low, lays it low to the ground; He brings it even to the dust.
6 The foot has trampled it down—even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.
7 The way of the [consistently] righteous (those living in moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relationship of their lives) is level andstraight; You, O [Lord], Who are upright, direct aright and make level the path of the [uncompromisingly] justand righteous.

8 Yes, in the path of Your judgments, O Lord, we wait [expectantly] for You; our heartfelt desire is for Your name and for the remembrance of You.
9 My soul yearns for You [O Lord] in the night, yes, my spirit within me seeks You earnestly; for [only] when Your judgments are in the earth will the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God).

22-YEAR-OLD WINS AWARD FOR FILM ON SAVING BABIES Stunning speech: 'I promise in the fear of God, I will steward this investment'

Stunning speech: 'I promise in the fear of God, I will steward this investment'

Ivie accepted the award, along with a check for $101,000 by demonstrating humility.
“I deified movies for 21 years of my life, and I made them my god, and it failed me,” he said. “I’m done with that story. I’m done with that idol. And I promise in the fear of God that I will steward this investment, because I would rather tell the plainest truth with $100,000 than the most sophisticated technological lie with 10 million dollars or 100 hundred million dollars.”

Moi? 4 president, MOI ?!!!

..Moi? 4 president, MOI ?!!!..

It's over now until 2016. When I think about this FB group, "David B Severy for President 2016," (https://www.facebook.com/groups/108183335995364/)
the more I want to be president. Not because I'm qualified by my past but because I understand my future. There has not been, to my knowledge, a christian president unaffiliated with a christian "denomination" and unaffiliated with a political party. I'm quite willing to be the first. My platform will be, as it is today, THIS:

1)Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
2) Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
3) Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
4) For in Christ, neither our most conscientious religion nor disregard of religion amounts to anything. What matters is something far more interior: faith expressed in love.

I have rarely met anyone who agrees 100% with everything I say or write. One wit said of himself that by the time he got finished what he was speaking he didn't agree with himself anymore! Thankfully we do grow and with God as our guide the truth opens to us and we are made mature.

What can be discouraging to any honest man or woman is the corruption in government, in Wash. D.C. and in most every state capitol. I believe that being a christian can keep one from corruption. Why are some in Washington who profess Christ so corrupt? I'm persuaded that it is because we have sent them there not for the purpose of establishing fair government, we send them there to compete for government business, government contracts, government jobs, and government pork. The reason this competition is possible is largely because the federal government has usurped many rights and functions that the constitution grants to the individual states.

The Federal Government has placed tax burdens on the states which require the states send their congressmen to Washington D.C. to recoup the tax revenues usurped from their people! Fighting over money is 99.99% always a painful self defeating battle!

America could function quite well without dozens of agencies, several cabinet posts and a ton of federal regulation. It is simple greed at the federal level that has legislatively usurped states rights and citizens tax dollars, centralizing power in ways that cripple freedom. It has been said that the entire world could be fed, that no one would be hungry if only the wars which are being fought would cease. The war of words, of truth and the lie for votes, for the power of elected office in America in similar fashion impedes the just, and unbiased administration of the federal government.

Why do we suffer corruption and the inequities that result? I think we need to look far ahead to a day when we depart from this life. We need to ask ourselves: is the stress of "dog eat dog" competition for "bones" that cannot keep me from the grave worth becoming a callous, stingy man or woman? What am I trying to prove by being richer than thou? Greed IS a problem in America.

I believe everyone ought to be free to become as rich as they please, but not at the expense of other people. Criminal greed does accomplish great storehouses of ill gotten gain. These storehouses them become the targets of jealous poor who gather together against the criminal rich to "redistribute" wealth. The fact is that there is an abundance for everyone where crime and greed are shunned. What is necessary for that to happen? That I consider your welfare:

(1) equally important or

(2) more important that yours.

It is the christian principle of life.

(1) Do unto others as you would have them do unto you which makes your well being equal to mine.

(2) And No greater love has anyone for his/her friend than to lay down their life for them. This says your well being is more important to me than my own.

It is not widely known but some say that if it were not for war, the world could be fed, starving peoples could be fed, famine could be overcome and the world could support even a greater population than it's present 7 billion+ !!! Overpopulation is not the problem. The problem is human greed which sustains inequities among peoples and nations!

God gives each of us this life as a test. Will we learn that God IS Love? Will we learn that Love is not selfish, but that Love gives and gives and gives and gives... ?

Jesus didn't want anyone to sin against Him, and He didn't sin against anyone! He also counted our lives more important then the defense of His own. And in the mystery of Divine life He was crucified!

Maybe the knowledge and experience a president needs is not that complicated?

Acts 20:35
King James Version (KJV)
35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

CAN I BE PERFECT?

2 Chronicles 16:9  For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

Psalm 101:6  Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

To those who say "Christians are not perfect, just forgiven" I say, you have a very limited view of what Jesus did, and what God can do, FOR YOU! And I'm not tying to be picky or judgmental. But we know that Jesus says:

Matthew 5:48  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Were I to preach it I would say:

God is not looking for sinless people. Nor is He looking for people who have no room to grow, or people who see themselves without need of growing. He IS looking for people who want to stop sinning, who want to grow, who know their need of repentance and transformation, and deeply desire to please their heavenly Bridegroom and Father. Is it perhaps that the heart can be perfect, that the heart can be full of that which God loves even while the soul still operates in some degree of frustration and falleness? We are to crucify the flesh, mortify the deeds of the body, and die daily. If we are practicing these, if this is our lifestyle, not yet flawless sinless perfection, but our yielding to a steady ongoing filling of the Holy Perfect Spirit of God... "I can only imagine..."

Somehow we need to go on to know the Lord, and know our calling and gifts, and serve the Lord in and with them, knowing that we are not flawless, but are called to be perfect and holy too! I am finding out that I have used my past and my PRESENT imperfections to excuse me from serving! I was disqualifying myself for fear of being disqualified! It seems I may have been sinning as a way to say to God: "I am not able to repent, therefore not able to serve!" (There are relevant details I could go into). I am wondering as I write if I was set up by satan to come to some very wrong conclusions about God's ways and His requirements! But whatever the details I also have a heart which God knows, and He is greater than it! I also have a deep desire to repent and He has the enabling power for that(!) AND also for serving Him!!!!

I did not get this from my own mind, the ideas began to flow when I read a book by Jack Hayford, A Passion for Fullness.

God is AWESOME! He is looking for people whose hearts are perfect toward Him, whose deepest desire is to come to the end of there life and hear Him say:   "Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

Are not these the people God will perfect and complete in His likeness?

Philippians 1:6  Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Hebrews 12
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.
14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Team/Leadership/Sports Analogy

Team/Leadership/Sports Analogy by David Severy ~ 2.27.2013

As one grows older, as matures as a player, the team looks to him for more goals, more defense and more leadership, even if it simply be that he follows the leader better.
God wants faithfulness of His church, of those willing to follow His Son, of those willing and enabled to put away childish things. He looks for those who seek first the Kingdom of God, the King, to hear His Voice, and obey His Voice. Perhaps, nay surely we ought to consider Him as Coach, General Manager, Owner, Trainer and HEALER of our injuries. He is our King, our one and ONLY High Priest, He is will be our All in all one day!

A brother of mine was sitting in a worship service and the Lord told him to holler out “macaroni.” He was not easily persuaded but eventually summoned his courage and shouted out “Macaroni.” After the meeting a man came to him and thanked him saying was trying to make a difficult choice to go into one of two business ventures, and one of them was pasta. It is not your typical counseling session, but the Lord DOES move in amazing ways!

Teaching (the dispensing of knowledge and godly instructions), prophesying, healing, miracles in the church require those given these gifts to give those gifts to the body! If I have a teaching gift from God, and the gift of a specific teaching from God, the call to teach that message, and I don’t give it, then the Body in not taught or edified, and I am not obeying the Voice of God. Can one give a gift by shouting “macaroni?” If the body refuses to acknowledge my gift, and refuses to seek out that which God wants to give through me, and instead refuses the gift, me as the giver and God who gives me to the church, then the body is not edified. Can there be a greater loss? Yes, there is a greater loss, it is the loss of a soul that God might have won if the church had loosed the gift.

Am I devoted to God’s agenda? Or do I simply want to be seen by men?

Less the minds of men and more the mind of Christ. Our steps are ordered by the Lord. He even guides the steps of evil doers whose destination is hell. (Isaiah 66:4) How can we presume to be leading without being entirely devoted to following Him? Leaders must be followers. No one could teach Jesus, although as a boy He was likely taught His letters, numbers, and the scriptures. But as leaders in the Body it is our duty to allow those with gifts to give them even if we are humbled by them.  Samuel eventually humbled Eli, and Saul, and Jesus at age 12 humbled the elite scholars of Jerusalem!

The importance of this leaves the idea of sports competition and winning behind when we consider that God sends to hell the unbelieving and unsaved. God must save and we must believe. No one else can save me and I cannot believe anyone else to be able to save me.

God has won the victory. War over. Let us, let me be fighting the enemy who still holds men and women in the chains of unbelief, fighting Satan with God’s help to loose those God loves from unbelief. The way to win is to obey. With man wars are won or lost when men obey their leaders. When we obey God in the Messiah we ALWAYS win! There is no competing with the devil. God never competed with him. He just cast him out of heaven, off the team.

We need to stop profaning God by unbelief. He has won. He has won me.

How much greater is the reality of Jesus as our bridegroom rather than any other team leader. Jesus left His Father to cleave to His wife, the bride, the body of Christ. And the two become one flesh!

Genesis 1
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Ephesians 5
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

As we fight under our Captain the Lord Jesus in His Army, we do it not by being more skilled than satan, we do it by becoming like Jesus. Jesus is Holy! Jesus is perfect!  We fight and become like Jesus by turning away from sin, by turning to Him being transformed by the renewing of our minds. Satan’s mind is forever locked into disobedience. We will never be able to beat Satan by having better “sports” skills that him. We must have an entirely different skill set than satan. It is something like a 5 man basket ball team playing an 9 man baseball team. The skill set is completely different. God gives, Satan steals. God builds, Satan destroys. God heals, Satan murders. When God destroys, He destroys evil. When Satan builds he builds the construct of lying falsehood in the minds of human beings.

Nobody “loses” the superbowl. The had to “win” in so many ways to get there! Simply to play in that game shows the accomplishments of each team. In fact to be in the NFL is an accomplishment which shows a lot of ”winning”. But what is of true worth? The Silver trophy? It is an idol, and it is worshipped year by year. No one goes to heaven in baltimore because the Ravens “won” the Lombardi Idol. Even the real and bloody combat of war where men die is not the arena of “winning and losing!” It is true that men and women dying in war do go to hell. But if Satan seems to have “won” again TODAY in Afghanistan or Syria, it is because another battle is being fought which transcends those battlefields.  It is in the unseen world and the unseen heavens that the battle for and against human souls is being fought. Satan seeks to keep what he “won” in Eden by his lying and deceiving ways.

In the battle we fight in God, (am I, are you IN Christ?) we win by receiving Jesus in faith, and the victory Jesus won for us on the cross becomes ours. The Father gave us freely the costliest gift and the only gift, His Son, the ransom of the lifeblood of His Unique and Only Begotten Son, the ONLY thing He could give that would redeem us, reconcile us and transform us into the likeness of God. This is not a game like football.

If there is a “competitive” aspect in this war, it is the “competition” for the minds and hearts, for the thoughts and devotions of the human soul. The lie must be exposed and banished from the mind by the TRUTH. The lie will remain until the TRUTH comes to expose it. While men draw x’s and o’s and arrows on chalk boards, men and women die and drop into hell forever. Why? Because in part, the churches are refusing the gifts! The GIVER(S) of the gifts, and the Gospel of the GIVERS, Father, Son and Holy Ghost are unheard, misheard, ignored and misunderstood! In the churches!

Otherwise why would Jesus write seven letters to the seven churches of the church age, which we call the age of grace?

Father God brought a just resolution to a crime. Satan in effect by deception stole Eve, and Adam LISTENED TO HER (whew, how little preached on that is Genesis 3:17) and went undeceived into the consequences of the deception. And today so many men are as deceived as Eve! Adam and Eve lost their fellowship, their partnership, their first estate and inheritance with God and they DIED. They were separated from God who cannot abide sin or sinners, and would have been Satan’s everlasting possession except for the truth of the Lamb slain for sinners from the foundation of the world! Now all are DEAD until Jesus give them LIFE again! Are you BORN AGAIN? "Verily, verily," Jesus says unto thee, ye MUST BE! The church has embraced being born again, and made a big mass-ive mess of it, but WE MUST BE! And we need to teach and preach John Ch. 3:1-21. Why? Because anyone in church on Sunday anywhere including those at your church will not get to heaven without being born again!

Satan is a defeated foe, he is a criminal on the loose, already guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Though he is very busy heaping up the full weight of sin that God will permit, he is really simply awaiting arrest, and sentencing. We can experience God’s full victory over Satan by having faith in the accomplishment of His Son gifted to us by grace through our faith in Him! Satan is simply best “handled” by being made to flee into his own dark corner and made to cower their until the Great Day of his sentencing and eternal imprisonment. But if we do not push Satan into the corner, put the dunce cap on his head and silence him by the power of God, he will roar and devour even our own children.

There are sins we are commanded to flee, and ought by all means obey God and flee them. But we are not ever to flee from Satan! Satan will flee from us if we submit to God and resist him. But if we do not submit to God, we will submit eventually to Satan, for Satan has more power than those who have no authority in God!  Authority in God is established by faith in Jesus even by faith in His NAME! (John 1.12)

And while all this is untaught, unstudied, and unbelieved, we think it important to ourselves redeem the false dignity of our skin tone!

Satan the author of “racism” has caught many in a false conundrum, an illusion that skin tone has merit. It has no merit in itself, it is either used as a tool of Satan to divide, or it is used by God to expose the craftiness of Satan. Are you proud of your skin tone? God is not a respecter of persons. He made you , and the color of your skin is no barrier between you and Him. BUT: PRIDE in any thing is a barrier between (YOU?) humankind and Him. Am I proud God made ME WHITE? Pride is sin.
PRIDE is the original sin, Satan is the original sinner, and all humans have sinned by the influence of that PROUD DOER!

Psalm 31:23 O love the Lord, all ye his saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.

At one time I read this verse and rejoiced thinking I was going to get a reward! And then years later I saw the reward for pride is nothing to rejoice over.

Proverbs 6:16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Six of these hated things are possible without the shedding of innocent blood, yet all seven required the shedding of the only truly innocent blood ever shed! This list is perhaps the devil’s seven commandments. Number one is pride, and I’m at the point where “pride” is simply another NAME for Satan, as is “lying tongue.” The lie brings the imagination to the threshold of wickedness. If the mind deceived embraces the lie, wickedness flourishes and the feet run swiftly, the life is inflamed with sinning, lies are promulgated and discord becomes the soup de jour! This is why we have “Reverend” Jesse Jackson, “Reverend” Al Sharpton, and the Klu Klux Klan!

I find it a little ironic, and somewhat distressing that sports has done more to promote “racial harmony” than the church! Yet it is the church whose mission is in part to expose evil deeds and the doers of them! Everything in life here and now goes back to the motive of the hearts where we find the motions of sin striving against the Spirit of God.

Romans 7: 5
For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

Motive, motivation and motion. We are either moving north to God or the enemy is dragging us south to hell. My sincere apologies to the south point of the compass.

James 4
1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
16 But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

God help those who wish to reproduce themselves instead of giving others simple courage to simply be born again in Christ and taught by God. We are very blessed to be living in an age where knowledge is on the increase. But we need to beware that knowledge can puff up, while only love will edify.
